• Improve sales funnel efficiency and lead conversions.
• Plan and achieve district sales targets.
• Develop and onboard dealers with regular audits and training.

Operations & Execution Excellence

• Ensure district setup and operational readiness.
• Oversee financing, subsidy, and liaison processes with data accuracy.
• Track LSQ leads, ensure timely allocation and order-to-execution flow.
• Maintain Customer Journey TAT and inventory levels.
• Identify and resolve operational blockers.
• Track Inside Sales (Sampark) performance and training.
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate team performance and incentive allocation.
• Support dealer marketing initiatives.

Relationship Management

• Manage internal/external stakeholder relationships.
• Liaise with government officials for approvals and PMSGY coordination.
• Resolve queries empathetically and ensure smooth collaboration.

Customer Experience

• Ensure ≥5/7 NPS and >0.1 referral per customer.
• Drive superior customer interaction, installation, and service quality.
• Gather and act on feedback; resolve complaints promptly.
• Align with marketing and operations on campaigns and awareness drives.
• Provide market insights to support lead generation and visibility.
