Job summary

Prestige Inhome Care is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to assist clients across Drysdale and the Bellarine Peninsula, delivering person-centred care in clients' homes.

You will support individuals with complex needs, manage personal care, mobility and household tasks, and enable community access. The role offers flexible rosters, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Disability Support Worker.
• Demonstrated experience supporting clients with complex care needs.
• Hands-on manual handling experience, including hoists, slide sheets and other mobility equipment.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
