Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a senior global Supply Chain leader to design and implement a worldwide Performance Management framework spanning Make, Plan and Deliver. The role will drive KPI governance, operating rhythms, and scalable processes, with responsibility as the Bengaluru MTSC Site Lead to foster engagement and leadership presence across functions.

The successful candidate will bring extensive Make/Plan/Deliver experience, strong governance design abilities and global stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Design and establish the end-to-end global Supply Chain Performance Management framework across Make, Plan and Deliver functions.

• Partner with global stakeholders across regions, influencing without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
• Act as the Bengaluru MTSC Site Lead, driving employee engagement, collaboration and site-level leadership presence.
• Build scalable systems, processes and operating rhythms to improve overall business performance.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

• 20+ years of relevant experienceStrong exposure across Make, Plan and Deliver functions.
• Experience designing and deploying supply chain performance management systems, governance frameworks, KPI structures and operating models.
• Global stakeholder management experience with exposure to multiple regions and cross-cultural ways of working would be good to have.
