Key Responsibilities

• 15–20 years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Development.
• 5+ years in an engineering leadership/people/ Vendor management role.
• Strong experience with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and Software Architecture.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Core, Microservices, Java, Python, Azure, AWS, GCP, GenAI, and modern Scalable application development.
• Hands‑on software development background with demonstrated leadership in building and scaling engineering teams—80‑120 members.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Healthcare domain is preferred.
