Job summary

Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the hotel’s day-to-day operations in alignment with Hyatt International’s strategies and brand standards. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting employee and owner expectations.

You will oversee all departments to ensure smooth, efficient operation across the hotel. Ideally, you hold a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management and have experience in a senior hotel

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager , Food and Beverages, Housekeeping & Culinary in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Ensure all hotel operations are conducted to meet the standards set for the brand and the hotel.
