We are actively seeking a passionate Director of Agile Delivery to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical frameworks.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• High-level proficiency with modern cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
