The key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing end‑to‑end medical services in the hospital
• Strengthening relationships with doctors through improved engagement, performance evaluation, and strategic empanelment of top specialists.
• Driving operational excellence through manpower planning, departmental efficiency, and patient care quality.
• Close coordination with peers across finance, HR, IT, supply chain, and non‑medical services to ensure integrated governance and seamless organisational performance.

The Successful Applicant

The successful would have:

• 15+ years of experience with a strong understanding of hospital business maturity, operational ecosystems, and unionized environments.
• Educational Qualification: MBBS and MD; Certification in Hospital Administration would be an added advantage.
• Strong capability in doctor management including building and maintaining relationships, performance evaluation, and empanelment.
• Experience in working with NABH & JCI accredited hospitals.
