Eligibility: Graduate from recognized University/Institute. Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resources Management or MBA/PGDM/PGPM is desirable. Applicants must be employed in a regular capacity in CPSE, Central Govt Group ‘A’ / Armed Forces, State PSE (turnover Rs.10,000 cr+), or Private Sector with required executive/functional experience in HR/IR/Personnel.
