Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking a Director & Head for the ServiceNow / ESM Tools Practice in Pune, India. You will own revenue, margins, budget, and lead multi-country teams. Drive deals with sales, manage partnerships, and embed AI innovations into offerings to accelerate delivery.

Ideal candidates have 20+ years IT experience including 10+ in ServiceNow/ESM, 5+ in leading a practice, and a track record of large-scale program delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large IT delivery teams and CoE with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in selling and delivering multi-million dollar deals.
• Strong ServiceNow knowledge across ITSM and ITOM modules.

• Lead sales engagements from solution design to client demos and pricing.
• Grow the ServiceNow partnership and certified resources.
• Oversee ITSM/ITOM and observability projects, stepping in as needed.

Location : Pune, India (global travel as needed)

• Own the practice numbers: revenue, margins and budget.
• Work with sales on big deals, from solutions and estimates to pricing and client demos.
• Manage our ServiceNow partnership and grow the number of certified people.
• Oversee ServiceNow , ITOM and observability projects, and step in when things go off track.
• Hire, grow and keep a strong team, and build the next layer of leaders.
• Bring AI (Now Assist, GenAI, agentic AI) into our offerings and how we deliver.
• Build reusable assets and accelerators that help us win and deliver faster.
• 20+ years in IT, with 10+ years in ServiceNow , ITSM or ESM.
• 5+ years running a practice , CoE or large delivery unit with P&L responsibility.
• Handled a P&L of USD15M + and 20 + Clients
• Has led teams of 150+ people across countries.
• Has helped win multi-million-dollar deals.
• Solid ServiceNow knowledge: ITSM and ITOM, plus modules like HRSD, CSM or GRC.
• Has worked with clients in Europe, the US, the Middle East or APAC.
• Engineering or computer science degree.
