Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a senior finance leader in Chennai to drive FP&A, management reporting, cash flow optimization and compliance across a global delivery model.

The role requires 15–20 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, and strong ERP skills (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) and Power BI for analytics.

Qualifications

• CA qualification preferred; CMA/CPA or equivalent may be considered.
• Finance leader with 15-20 years total experience; at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in IT services, IT consulting, or project-based businesses.
• Expertise in FP&A, management reporting, cash flow, working capital, taxation and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage project/client profitability, revenue assurance and contract economics.
• Experience in multinational/global delivery or multi-entity finance operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, income tax, transfer pricing, and corporate regs.
• ERP experience: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics; Excel and Power BI proficiency.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred. CMA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification may also be considered.
• Approximately 15-20 years of overall finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong experience in IT services, IT consulting, digital engineering, technology services, or a similar project-based business.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, cash flow, working capital, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proven experience managing project and client profitability, revenue assurance, commercial finance, and contract economics.
• Experience in multinational organizations, global delivery models, or multi-entity finance operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, income tax, transfer pricing, and applicable corporate regulations.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI.
