Job summary

Credence HR Services seeks a Director - Enterprise Valuation & Transaction Advisory with 15+ years of experience to lead the India valuation team and advance methodologies across industries and deal types. You will supervise complex models, ensure high-quality reports, and set standards for valuation governance.

The role requires CFA/ASA/ABV/CVA/ICVS credentials or equivalent, and a track record of leadership in corporate finance, investment banking, or credit risk.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Valuation, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Credit Risk, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in valuation methodologies: DCF, CCA, Precedent Transaction, LBO, scenario and sensitivity analysis, capital structure analysis, enterprise and equity valuation.
• Credentials such as CFA, ASA, ABV, CVA, ICVS, or similar valuation designations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Enterprise Valuation Analysis team in India, establishing a high-performing center of excellence.
• Provide leadership on valuation practices, market trends, industry developments, and regulatory expectations.
• Review and challenge valuation analyses, financial models, assumptions, and conclusions across industries and transaction types.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for valuation matters requiring specialized expertise.
• Ensure timely delivery of independent, accurate valuation analyses and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in valuation processes, tools, frameworks, and QA practices.
• Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across the valuation community.
• Provide leadership for Credit Administration teams based in India.

• Review and challenge complex valuation analyses, financial models, assumptions, and conclusions across a broad range of industries and transaction types.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for valuation-related matters requiring specialized expertise and judgment.
• Ensure timely delivery of independent, accurate, and high-quality valuation analyses and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in valuation processes, tools, frameworks, and quality assurance practices.
• Promote knowledge-sharing and adoption of best practices across the enterprise valuation community.
• Provide leadership and direction for Credit Administration teams based in India.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Valuation, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Credit Risk, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in enterprise valuation methodologies, including: DCF Analysis, Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transaction Analysis, LBO Analysis, Scenario and Sensitivity Analysis, Capital Structure Analysis, Enterprise and Equity Valuation, Valuation of leveraged, distressed, and complex businesses.
• CFA, ASA, ABV, CVA, ICVS, or other relevant valuation credentials.
