About the Role

We are looking for a senior technology leader to lead Zeta’s digital transformation initiative across the Enterprise Application ecosystem while providing strategic oversight of core IT infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise technology strategy, systems integration, vendor management, application development, and infrastructure governance, ensuring our technology landscape scales securely, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives.

The primary focus of this role is Enterprise Applications—the SaaS and on‑premise platforms that enable critical business functions, including Project Management, Collaboration, HRMS, Payroll, ATS, LMS, Telephony, and internally developed applications—along with the data, integration, and automation architecture that connects them. The role also provides strategic oversight of the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring a secure, resilient, and compliant technology environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Enterprise Applications Strategy & Vendor Management (Primary Focus)
    • Define and drive the roadmap for the organization’s Enterprise Application ecosystem, including strategy, lifecycle management, modernization, and integration.
    • Oversee business‑critical platforms such as Project Management and Service Desk tools, Content & Collaboration suites, HRMS, Payroll, ATS, LMS, Telephony systems, and internally developed enterprise applications.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify modern, best‑fit solutions that improve business outcomes.
    • Lead end‑to‑end vendor selection processes, including RFI/RFPs, product evaluations, proof‑of‑concepts, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
    • Develop strong strategic partnerships with technology vendors and proactively manage renewals, licensing, and vendor performance.
    • Continuously assess the application landscape and recommend upgrades or replacements before systems become operational or business risks.
  2. Enterprise Applications Implementation & Integration
    • Develop deep functional and technical understanding of enterprise applications to guide implementation, configuration, optimization, and adoption.
    • Define and oversee integration architecture across enterprise systems, including SSO, APIs, data platforms, monitoring, and analytics.
    • Lead application implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives while minimizing business disruption.
    • Ensure enterprise applications are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with evolving business processes.
  3. Adoption, Change Management & Enablement
    • Drive user adoption through structured change management, training programs, knowledge repositories, and process documentation.
    • Define and monitor adoption, engagement, and productivity metrics across enterprise applications.
    • Partner with business functions to continuously improve user experience and maximize the value delivered by technology investments.
  4. Enterprise Applications Development & Data Analytics
    • Leverage low‑code/no‑code platforms (such as Retool) to build, enhance, and maintain internal enterprise applications and workflows.
    • Define enterprise data architecture and oversee data engineering pipelines across business systems.
    • Develop dashboards and analytics capabilities that provide insights into application usage, operational performance, adoption, and cost optimization.
    • Foster a data‑driven approach to enterprise application management and decision‑making.
  5. Reliability, Support & Service Management
    • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across the Enterprise Applications landscape.
    • Lead the Service Desk function supporting enterprise applications, ensuring strong service delivery, SLA adherence, and an excellent employee support experience.
    • Continuously improve operational processes through automation, monitoring, reporting, and data‑driven service management practices.
  6. IT Infrastructure Strategy & Governance
    • Provide strategic oversight of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, endpoints, cloud services, collaboration platforms, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
    • Partner with infrastructure teams to ensure technology platforms support business growth, operational resilience, and security objectives.
    • Ensure infrastructure and application environments comply with security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and applicable data protection regulations across operating geographies.
    • Own and optimize the technology budget across enterprise applications and infrastructure, balancing innovation, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.
  7. Leadership & Cross‑functional Collaboration
    • Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams across enterprise applications, service management, and infrastructure functions.
    • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and customer‑focused technology culture.
    • Partner closely with business, security, finance, HR, and other stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational priorities.
    • Lead cross‑functional transformation programs from strategy through execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Skills
Technical Skills

  • Solid knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise architecture principles, infrastructure management, and site reliability engineering (SRE) practices.
  • Working knowledge of information security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and related governance standards.
