Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the technology and data strategy/roadmap for reference data management.
• Own strategic leadership of engineering and delivery execution for GoldenSource and related data solutions.
• Provide hands-on leadership in implementing solutions for Nuveen's reference data management requirements.
• Drive ongoing optimization of solutions implemented on the GoldenSource platform.
• Lead resolution of complex technical and functional issues related to platform implementation.
• Partner with product teams to build and manage a best-in-class roadmap that puts data at the core of client outcomes.

Overview of the Role

Nuveen is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own the strategy, delivery and hands-on technical excellence of the GoldenSource platform supporting enterprise reference data management. This role combines strategic technology leadership with deep, hands-on GoldenSource expertise, leading a global team of engineers while remaining personally engaged in platform design, data quality, and complex issue resolution. The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with global team management experience, strong commercial and transformation instincts, and genuine technical depth in GoldenSource, reference data domains, and financial instrument data.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Develop and implement the technology and data strategy/roadmap for reference data management, leveraging new technologies and innovation to deliver services globally
• Own strategic leadership of engineering and delivery execution for GoldenSource and related data solutions
• Provide hands-on leadership in implementing solutions for Nuveen's reference data management requirements
• Drive ongoing optimization of solutions implemented on the GoldenSource platform
• Lead resolution of complex technical and functional issues related to platform implementation
