Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Director Digital Transformation (Healthcare & Lifesciences) to lead enterprise-wide transformation programs for global Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry expertise with strong consulting, technology, and business transformation experience to drive digital innovation across the pharmaceutical and healthcare value chain. This role requires a strategic leader who can partner with executive stakeholders, define transformation roadmaps, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes through modern digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives. Advise C-suite and senior business leaders on digital modernization, operating model transformation, and technology adoption. Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance. Drive adoption of AI, GenAI, Intelligent Automation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, and Digital Platforms to improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Lead business process re-engineering, change management, and enterprise transformation programs. Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including governance, risk management, budget, quality, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with technology partners, implementation teams, and business functions to ensure successful execution. Support business development through solution design, proposals, client presentations, and strategic consulting engagements. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing consulting and delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation within Healthcare or Life Sciences. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs for global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO, or healthcare organizations.
