Qualifications

• 15 to 18 years of experience in Information Technology.
• 10+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs, including complex portfolios.
• 7+ years of experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals.
• Qualifications in enterprise technologies including digital transformation, cloud migration and data platforms.
• Strong competency in SDLC, Agile/Hybrid methodologies, and IT governance frameworks.
• Advanced capability in client stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Background in working with cross-functional global delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of IT projects, driving timely and quality outcomes within budget.
• Establish delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and performance metrics across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, SDLC/Agile methodologies, and regulatory requirements such as GxP.
• Promote adoption of AI capabilities to enhance the software development lifecycle.

• Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, nurturing trust and credibility.
