Job summary

vueverse seeks a Director – Digital Transformation (Healthcare & Lifesciences) to drive enterprise-wide programs for global Healthcare and Life Sciences clients. The role blends industry expertise with consulting and technology delivery to accelerate digital innovation across the pharmaceutical and healthcare value chain.

You will partner with C-suite leaders, define transformation roadmaps, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and deliver measurable outcomes using AI, cloud, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation within Healthcare or Life Sciences.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs for global pharma, biotech, medical devices, CROs, or healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise C-suite and senior leaders on digital modernization, operating model transformation, and technology adoption.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance.
• Drive adoption of AI, GenAI, Intelligent Automation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, and Digital Platforms.
• Lead business process re-engineering, change management, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including governance, risk management, budget, quality, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with technology partners, implementation teams, and business functions to ensure successful execution.
• Support business development through solution design, proposals, client presentations, and strategic consulting engagements.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing consulting and delivery teams.
