• 18+ years of overall experience with solid expertise in Medical Coding operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale Medical Coding delivery operations 500+ FTE's.
• Robust understanding of US Healthcare / RCM and Medical Coding processes.
• Experience managing large teams, operational performance, productivity, quality and client SLAs.
• Strong exposure to P&L; / financial management, operational metrics and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in stakeholder and client management at senior levels.
• Strong people leadership, transformation and process excellence capabilities.
• Candidates currently working at Director / Senior Director / AVP / equivalent level would be preferred.
