Job summary

Emids Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a Platform Services Delivery Leader with deep experience in IT services delivery for US healthcare payer/provider clients. You will lead large global teams, drive end-to-end program execution, and manage platform engineering, cloud, data, and modernization initiatives.

The role requires strong governance, risk & compliance, and the ability to grow accounts through strategic planning and client relationship management, delivering value-driven results.

Role & responsibilities

• Proven experience in leading large-scale delivery engagements and managing end-to-end program execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience driving delivery excellence, operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, revenue growth, budgeting, forecasting, and overall business performance.
• Expertise in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing delivery teams.
• Strong background in healthcare domain, specifically within Payer and Provider ecosystems.
• Experience managing platform engineering, digital transformation, cloud, data, and technology modernization initiatives (for Platform Services role).
• Proven track record in risk management, governance, compliance, and escalation handling.
• Ability to drive account growth through strategic planning, client relationship management, and identification of new business opportunities.
• Experience working in global delivery models and managing distributed teams across geographies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities to influence business outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

Platform Service:

• Healthcare delivery leadership: Candidate should have 15+ years in IT services delivery, including 8+ years working with US healthcare payer and/or provider clients, and experience leading large global teams.
• Core healthcare platform experience: Look for delivery leadership across platforms such as Facets, QNXT, HRP, EDIFECS, or EPIC Tapestry, including implementations, migrations, upgrades, integrations, and managed services.
• Financial and portfolio ownership: Validate experience managing $5M+ portfolios/P&L, with accountability for revenue, forecasting, cost control, margins, utilisation, and fixed-price or outcome-based engagements.
• Healthcare domain and compliance knowledge: Candidate should understand payer/provider workflowsenrolment, claims, billing, revenue cycle, clinical workflows—and standards such as FHIR, HIPAA, CMS, interoperability, and healthcare data security.
• Executive stakeholder and growth capability: Assess the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders, manage governance and escalations, deliver on time and within budget, build high-performing teams, and drive account growth, automation, modernization, and AI-led delivery improvements.
