Job summary

Michael Page invites a seasoned Data Science leader to shape the AI strategy, architecture, and roadmap for data modernization across our client base. You will own GenAI, Agentic AI, and ML deployments, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions with measurable business impact.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven capabilities, build and mentor high-performing data science teams, and support client engagements and pre-sales initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Science and AI strategy for the organization, driving the vision, architecture, and roadmap for AI-powered data modernization and data quality solutions.
• Own the design and deployment of GenAI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and deliver measurable business value.
• Drive AI platform architecture, MLOps, and governance, including model lifecycle management, monitoring, explainability, responsible AI practices, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate customer and business requirements into innovative AI-driven product capabilities.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Data Science teams, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Support client engagement, solution consulting, and pre-sales initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor and technical leader in enterprise AI and data transformation discussions.
