Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a Cybersecurity Delivery Leader with 18+ years of global IT experience to lead large cybersecurity services engagements, MSSP projects, and shared services.You will manage client relationships, project scope, estimation, and pricing while driving delivery excellence and account growth.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving to deliver outcomes and value for clients.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in a global IT environment with managing large accounts/projects in Cybersecurity Services, Cyber tools implementations, MSSP & Shared Services.
• Good understanding of Cybersecurity tool OEMs and their implementation and Managed Services deliverables.
• Experience in estimating efforts, sizing services scope, and pricing for large services engagements.
• Strong client service orientation with credibility with key clients for delivering value and impact.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams for creative solutions.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach and ability to work with Happiest Minds teams.
• Good educational credentials and technical certifications in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity domains are a plus.

Role: Cybersecurity Delivery Leader

• 18+ years of experience in a global IT environmentwith experience in managing large accounts/projects managed services in Cybersecurity Services, Cyber tools Implementations, MSSP & Shared Services.
• Understanding Cyber- Good understanding of Cybersecurity tool OEMs and their implementation and Managed Services deliverables.
• Effort estimations, services scope sizing and effort pricing- Good hands‑on experience in sizing and pricing the efforts for a Large Services Implementation or Managed services construct.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and drive successful outcomes- Strong client service orientation, a solid reputation and credibility with key clients in your space for delivering client value and impact.
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders -Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority within cross-functional teams on creative solutioning.
• Problem solving approach -Hands‑on approach to solving problems and interest in working closely with clients and Happiest Minds teams.
• Good education credentials- Any technical graduate with good academic performance, Project Management, Technical Certifications in the Infrastructure and Cybersecurity domains is a plus.

• Should have managed large Managed Services accounts/projects with the portfolio of 10 M+ with Y-o-Y growth on top line and bottom line
• Strong technical experience in Infrastructure (On-Premises/ Cloud Cyber Security knowledge, Tools & Process (ISO 20K) skillset)
• Strong experience in managing in managing fixed bid engagement in Infra & Security
• Very strong Stakeholders management, account mining capabilities and demonstrate the account/portfolio growth
• Experience in driving Process Improvements, Automations, Continuous Service Improvements within the accounts to improve operations efficiency
• Ability to interact and manage with CXO organization, strong negotiation, and escalation management skillset
