  • Translate enterprise priorities and customer needs into a focused studio portfolio and production roadmap.
  • Content Atomization & Multiformat Production
  • Turn webinars, seminars, expert presentations, education programs, and other source assets into coordinated suites of reusable content.
  • Lead production of short‑form video, audio and podcasts, articles, social posts, infographics, email snippets, campaign modules, and internal training.
  • Ensure each asset is audience‑relevant, channel‑appropriate, accessible, on brand, and designed for reuse across the customer journey.
  • Apply AI‑enabled and digital production tools responsibly to improve speed, consistency, versioning, and scale.
  • Creative Direction, Quality & Governance
  • Set creative direction, production standards, templates, and quality controls across video, audio, design, and digital content.
  • Partner with scientific and communications owners to preserve scientific accuracy while making complex topics clear and engaging.
  • Embed brand consistency, accessibility, rights management, and SMRP/PMRC requirements into studio workflows.
  • Maintain review discipline, version control, and production documentation for every deliverable.

  • Promote systematic tagging, storage, discovery, adaptation, and reuse through the content library and digital asset management ecosystem.
  • Measurement, Learning & Scale
  • Define and report studio KPIs, including throughput, reuse, engagement, views, leads, education impact, conversion contribution, and production efficiency.
  • Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to improve formats, workflows, channel activation, and investment choices.
  • Document pilot results, codify lessons learned, and scale successful approaches across topics, regions, and business priorities.
  • Present studio performance, risks, recommendations, and roadmap decisions to senior leadership.
