The appointment offers an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to provide strategic, academic and administrative direction under the guidance of the governing body to the in charge Principal so as to shape the next phase of the institution's growth

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the academic vision, aligning with institutional goals and accreditation standards.
• Student Success: Champion initiatives that improve student retention, engagement, and career readiness
• Curriculum Innovation: Oversee the development, review, and enhancement of cutting-edge degree programs thereby Strengthening student-centric initiatives, entrepreneurship, innovation and experiential learning
• Faculty Management: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate a diverse, high-performing faculty team to foster teaching & Professional excellence.
• Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure all academic programs meet the govt and university requirements. Oversee institutional quality assurance, accreditation and regulatory compliance
• Develop strong industry-academia partnerships and enhance employability-oriented programmes.
