Job summary

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, a leading life science ingredients provider, is hiring for a Director – Business Manager (P&P and Diketene Derivatives) at its Noida corporate office. You will own the existing Pyridine and Diketene Derivatives vertical P&L, drive sales, coordinate with cross-functional teams and pursue profitability improvements.

The role requires 12–15 years in chemical industry, BE/BTech in Chemical Engineering and preferably an MBA.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 12–15 years of experience.
• MBA will be preferred.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, New Product Expansion, Planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive the P&L for Pyridine and Diketene Derivatives vertical including Sales, BD and profitability.
• Lead strategy for Key Account Management and new opportunities expansion.
• Focus on product cost optimization, capacity optimization and working capital management.

The Position

• You will be responsible for driving the P&L of the Existing Pyridine and Diketene Derivatives Vertical – including Sales & Business Development, Profitability Improvement, Working Capital Management etc.

Qualifications & Experience
