The Position

Job Summary

Assists SBUH in making decisions pertaining to sales planning, P&L management, product costing, pricing, and strategy preparation. Additionally, creates all necessary business presentations as per the requirements of SBU.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for regular analysis of sales projections and financials related to P&P SBU (P&L, financial projections, Cash flow, working capital) for business decision making
• Responsible for preparing various management review presentations including weekly report, monthly BPR, sales order status, budget and strategy etc.
• Responsible for extensive data analysis & presentation preparation for budgeting and strategy related preparation for P&P SBU
• Prepare monthly sales plan and floor price for SBUH and CEO approval:-
• Prepare contribution analysis for P&P product porfolio
• Prepare EBITDA projection in coordination with SBUH & F&A
• Prepare customer-wise geography –wise sales plan for the month with plan pricing and floor pricing
• Do market Sizing and Forecasting, Market Trend Analysis, Cost Modeling, analysis of EXIM data for existing products
• Use and analyze information from various market research databases and online sources for business decision making
• Assist new product & business development – Conduct global trade analysis, market sizing and demand estimation, competitor analysis, profitability analysis, feasibility and selection of new products for potential entry through under guidance from SBUH, interaction with sales team & product manager as well as utilizing online resources for the same.

The Person

Qualifications & Experience

• BE/ B.Tech. preferably in Chemical with MBA from reputed institute with 5-8 years of relevant experience in business analytics preferably in chemical industry.
