Job Summary

To ensure smooth manufacturing operations in co-ordination with marketing and business requirements and develop a team capable of delivering business goals

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of various plants as per business requirements and marketing deliverance.
• Responsible of plant operations related to production and maintenance.
• Revamping and up-gradation of plants as per business requirements.
• Constantly monitoring safety and environment impact and ensure compliance to EHS policy.
• Ensure manufacturing cost at the budgeted levels.
• Inculcate world class manufacturing practices to improve product quality and process improvements.
• Liaison with local govt. authorities at the apex level.
• Training and development of the manufacturing team to build competencies.
• Retention of high performers and identification of critical roles and succession plan at the unit level.
