SquadStack.ai is seeking an AI Agent Product Manager to own the end-to-end process of building and deploying AI Voice Agents for large enterprises. You will work with VP and C-level executives to shape roadmaps, craft prompt logic, and collaborate with engineering on new features.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Voice AI Agents end-to-end, taking them from concept to production and driving continuous optimization.
• Understand customer workflows and translate them into effective conversational journeys, business rules, and AI-agent configurations.
• Write, test, and refine prompts to deliver accurate, natural, contextual, and brand-aligned conversations.
• Analyse test and live calls to identify issues, handle edge cases, and continuously improve agent performance.
• Collaborate with customers, Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations teams to resolve challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
• Track business and operational metrics, communicate performance insights, and convert customer feedback into product improvements.

As an AI Agent Product Manager at SquadStack.ai you’ll own each stage of the AI Agent building and deployment process for the largest consumer enterprises.

You’ll work directly with VP and C-level executives to shape their AI roadmap, write and test prompt logic for high-impact use cases, and collaborate with engineering to design new product features.

This is a role for someone who thrives on diving deep into complex business problems, crafting elegant AI-driven solutions, and scaling them to millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Voice AI Agents end-to-end, taking them from concept to production and driving continuous optimization.
• Understand customer workflows and translate them into effective conversational journeys, business rules, and AI-agent configurations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI Implementation, Product Management, Strategy Consulting, or Solutions Engineering ideally in AI-native companies or adjacent domains.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and shape AI agent design & prompt writing
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you help shape solutions as much as you deliver them.
• (Preferred) Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
