Job summary

TTEC in Ahmedabad, India seeks a Director of Statutory Reporting to lead the statutory reporting function within the Financial Reporting Team. The role involves driving accurate cross-entity reporting and coordinating with global leadership to improve audit processes.

The candidate will build and lead an accounting team, ensure US and local GAAP compliance, and work with external auditors on annual audits, while overseeing consolidation and data analysis efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Accounting required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in a financial reporting role.
• Advanced knowledge of financial accounting / reporting preferably within or associated with publicly traded multinational Company.
• Understanding Oracle Finance and Hyperion with an ability to understand consolidation processes.
• High degree of proficiency with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office products with ability to retrieve data, manipulate such data and create useful analytical information.

Responsibilities

As a Director of Statutory Reporting in the Financial Reporting Team, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences for the organization. The Director role is highly visible with frequent interactions with the leadership positions in the organization. This position reports to the Executive Director of Financial Reporting and will work closely with the Company’s Accounting and Corporate leaders.

The Directo role is responsible for ensuring accurate reporting across multiple international ledgers. The role requires a detailed-oriented individual that can retrieve and analyze data from multiple data sources and will work to create a team to identify and drive improvements in the statutory audit process.
