Powerstatic Solutions India Private Limited is looking for a skilled DET Fabrication professional to join their team in Gujarat. This role involves cutting, shaping, welding, and finishing metal components with precision based on engineering drawings.

You will operate various fabrication tools and machines, ensuring that all parts meet the required standards. A diploma or technical certification in fabrication or welding is required, and an associate degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Cut, bend, shape, and mark materials using manual and automated tools.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as shears, grinders, and CNC machines.
• Perform welding operations to assemble components.
• Fit, align, and assemble parts to meet specifications.
• Inspect fabricated parts for structural integrity and dimensional accuracy.

Connaissances

Proficiency in welding processes (MIG/TIG/Stick)

Ability to read technical drawings and CAD prints

Strong understanding of fabrication tools and machine operations

Keen attention to detail and quality

Knowledge of safety procedures and industrial best practices

Formation

Diploma or technical/vocational certification in fabrication or welding

Associate degree in metal fabrication or related field (preferred)

The DET Fabrication role is responsible for cutting, shaping, welding, assembling, and finishing metal components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. The role ensures high‑quality fabrication to support production, maintenance, and engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Cut, bend, shape, and mark materials using manual and automated tools.
• Operate fabrication equipment (shears, grinders, press brakes, drills, CNC machines).
• Perform welding operations (MIG/TIG/Stick/Brazing) to assemble components.
• Fit, align, and assemble parts to meet specifications.
• Assemble complete structures or subassemblies according to instructions.
• Deburr, polish, grind, and finish components to required standards.
• Inspect fabricated parts for structural integrity and dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain fabrication tools, welding machines, and CNC systems.
• Record measurements, batch numbers, and production data.
• Report defects, discrepancies, or equipment issues.

Safety & Compliance

Comply with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 6S/lean manufacturing practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
