Job summary

Siemens Global Business Services is seeking a Digitalization Consultant for Engineering Services in Bangalore. You will design and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices, and develop cloud-native platforms on AWS and/or Azure, while advancing production-ready AI and LLM tools.

You will design RAG systems with hybrid retrieval and vector search; contribute to CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and deployment workflows with Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC.

Qualifications

• Several years of software engineering experience with UI and distributed systems design.
• Proficient in Python and/or Java with strong problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience using Kubernetes, Docker and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform).
• Practical experience with LLM applications, RAG pipelines and vector search.
• Experience with monitoring, logging and distributed tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices.
• Build and enhance cloud-native platforms on AWS and/or Azure.
• Develop production-ready AI and LLM tools including orchestration and failover strategies.
