Job summary

TAC Aligner is seeking a Dentist to join our treatment planning team to review records, diagnose malocclusions, and create precise digital treatment plans for clear aligner therapy.

Ideal candidates will have BDS/MDS, strong orthodontic knowledge, experience in diagnosis and treatment planning, and familiarity with Maestro, ClinCheck, or 3Shape. Collaboration with dentists and a focus on quality are essential.

Qualifications

• BDS or MDS from a recognized dental institution.
• Strong knowledge of orthodontics and aligner therapy; certifications preferred.
• Clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment planning (Aligner experience a plus).
• Strong digital dentistry skills with tools such as Maestro, ClinCheck, 3Shape or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review intraoral scans, X-rays, photographs and records for each case.
• Evaluate clinical suitability for aligner treatment and plan tooth movement.
• Design treatment plans including attachments, IPR and aligner sequencing.
• Collaborate with the digital planning team to finalize 3D models and setups.
• Communicate with partner dentists regarding case feasibility and changes.
• Ensure high clinical standards, patient safety, and efficient treatment planning.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and clinically sound Dentist to join our treatment planning team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing patient records, diagnosing malocclusions, and creating accurate digital treatment plans for clear aligner therapy in coordination with the internal team and practicing dentists.

Key Responsibilities

• Review intraoral scans, X-rays, photographs, and other diagnostic records for each case.
• Evaluate the clinical suitability of cases for aligner treatment.
• Design treatment plans for malocclusions, including tooth movement staging, attachments, IPR, and aligner sequence.
• Collaborate with the digital planning team to finalize the treatment setups (3D models).
• Communicate with partner dentists and orthodontists regarding case feasibility, changes, or improvements.
• Ensure high clinical standards, patient safety, and treatment efficiency in all submitted cases.
• Keep up to date with orthodontic principles and aligner treatment trends.
• Assist in documentation and standardization of clinical protocols and SOPs.

Requirements

• BDS / MDS degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of orthodontics and aligner therapy (certifications in aligner systems preferred).
• Clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment planning (Aligner experience is a plus).
• Good understanding of digital tools and dental software (like Maestro,ClinCheck, 3Shape, or equivalent platforms).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with timelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to explain clinical rationale to internal and external stakeholders.
