Moon Beverages Ltd is seeking an experienced leader to drive digital transformation and business-process redesign across P2P, O2C, R2R and related workflows. You will own requirements, build ROI models, and ensure successful adoption of ERP, SFA, DMS, and other digital tools.

The role emphasizes analytics-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and Plant teams, and measurable outcomes like productivity gains and cost savings.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years in business process re-engineering, IT management, or business analysis.
• 5+ years driving functional adoption, digital workflows, and analytics in manufacturing or retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or Analytics is required.
• MBA / PGDM in Systems, Operations, IT, Finance, or Masters in Business Analytics / MIS is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Agilist certification is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt) or CBAP is preferred.
• Business process redesign and workflow optimization across P2P, O2C, R2R, and paperless initiatives.

• Financial modeling, ROI calculations, cost-benefit analysis, and value realization tracking.
• Advanced business intelligence using Power BI/Tableau, KPI dashboarding, and analytics.
• Organizational change management (OCM), user training execution, and adoption metrics.
• Cross-functional business knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and Plant operations.
• Executive stakeholder management and building cross-departmental consensus.
• Organizational change leadership, influence, and user empathy.
