The Digital Transformation Consultant (Procurement) role requires leading Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay initiatives, partnering with ERP tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa,

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience (2–4 years) in Source-to-Contract or Procure-to-Pay implementations/improvement for large clients.
• Fluent knowledge of ERP tools and best-in-class S2P solutions (SAP Ariba/Coupa/Zycus).
• 3–6 years of progressive experience in FMCG, F&B, IT/High-tech, Industrial/Consumer Goods, Retail, or Manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to work with global, remote teams.
• Experience in analyzing client processes and data to identify opportunities and build a business case.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology-led digital transformation workstreams within procurement to meet client requirements, cost targets, and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce process cycle time.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to plan transitions for geographies/business portfolios.
• Coordinate with procurement Directors and Delivery Leads to align on plans and milestones.
• Support Change Management initiatives to prepare clients for deployment and adoption.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role requires the individual to assist clients inSource-to-Contract (S2C) engagements, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations/transformation initiatives ranging from operational improvement, strategic costreduction initiatives, change management workstreams to system/toolimplementation at a global scale.

He/she is responsible for managing internal stakeholders,external partners, successfully lead technology-based transformation efforts,and support with leadership updates. He/she should have strong analyticalskills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminatesignificant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.He/she would work with cross-functional teams and business leads to ensureproject deliverables, manage risks or escalations, and seek support on roadblocks.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Independentlymanage end-to-end technology lead Digital transformation workstreams within procurement foreither direct or indirect spend category with complete ownership to meetclient requirements, cost reduction targets, compliance, and improvementon KPIs
  
• Drivecontinuous improvement projects to increase productivity or reduce processcycle time
  
• Demonstrateability in managing IT projects for Procurement
  
• Collaboratewith implementation partners to ensure a detailed transition approach andplans for individual geographies/business portfolios
  
• Aligningwith key stakeholders (Procurement Directors, Business Leads, DeliveryLeads, and others) on plan
  
• Workwith transformation PMO to proactively identify risks and mitigationapproaches
  
• Workwith support functions and transformation teams to ensure the projectreceives the right enablement at the right time
  
• SupportingChange Management activities to prepare the client for deployment andadoption (Change Program, Operating Model & Organizational alignment,Communications, Trainings)
  
• Conductclient's current capabilities evaluation and gap assessment, alternativesassessment and develop strategic ways-to-play for the client to stay aheadof the curve
  
• Leadright from process diagnostic and initial opportunity assessment toplanning and strategy development through implementation
  

Must have:

• Extensivehands-on experience (at least 2-4 years) in either Source-to-Contractengagements or Procure-to-Pay process implementation/improvement forFortune 500 companies
  
• Workingand hands-on knowledge of ERP tools and best-in-class S2P tools - e.g. SAPAriba/ Coupa/ Zycus, etc.
  
• 3-6years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in FMCG,F&B, IT/High-tech, Industrial/Consumer Goods, Retail, or Manufacturing .
  
• Strongnegotiation skills, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in across-functional global organization
  
• Strongstakeholder management skills & the ability to work with remoteteams
  
• Experiencein analyzing client’s processes and operational data to identifyopportunities, develop insights and prepare a business case to deliver procurement transformationalprojects .
