Schneider Electric in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead technical tendering for digital systems projects. You will design winning solutions blending automation, digital infrastructure, and cybersecurity to meet complex customer needs across market segments.

You will capture requirements, assess risks, optimize proposals, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, competitive bids for diverse opportunities.

What will you do?

• Capture customer requirements and develop technical solutions for digital systems opportunities spanning multiple domains
• Lead technical risk assessment and optimize proposals including equipment selection, interfaces, and engineering budgets
• Provide technical expertise to opportunity leaders and tendering teams to ensure competitive, compliant bids
• Design end-to-end digital infrastructure solutions covering networks, data flow, communication protocols, and system integration
