Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. invites applications for a highly motivated MBA Intern to join the Digital Process and Excellence (DPEx) team in Hyderabad.

The role supports enterprise-wide process transformation, including process discovery, mapping, value stream analysis and end-to-end workflow documentation. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze pain points, identify automation opportunities and assist in creating governance artifacts such as SOPs, RACI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's: B.Tech.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations and/or Business Analytics desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated MBA Intern to join the Digital & Process Excellence team. The intern will support enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives through process discovery, process mapping, value stream analysis, and documentation of end-to-end business workflows. The role provides hands-on exposure to process excellence methodologies, operational analytics, KPI framework design, and continuous improvement initiatives across functions such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, and Shared Services.

The intern will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct workshops, gather business requirements, analyze process pain points, identify automation and improvement opportunities, and support the development of process governance artifacts such as SOPs, RACI matrices, process maps, dashboards, and improvement roadmaps. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel and a keen interest in business process transformation, digital technologies, and enterprise operation

Qualifications

Bachelor's: B.Tech

Masters: MBA/PGDM in Operations and or Business Analytics.

Additional Information

Please note the internship is for a duration of 4-6 months and will require working from office on all days. This is based out of our Hyderabad office.
