Job summary

Pepper helps brands win organic search, AI search, and every organic channel that drives growth. As Digital PR & Backlinking Lead, you will own off-page authority across a set of client accounts, planning and executing Digital PR and link-building campaigns that boost rankings and brand visibility.

You’ll work with playbooks, AI workflows, and a strong team to craft data-led stories, secure placements with journalists, and strengthen each brand as a trusted entity across the web.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Digital PR, link building, or off-page SEO.
• Proven ability to land coverage and build brand authority.
• Strong writing and journalist outreach skills.
• Comfort using AI tools and data-driven approaches.
• Ownership mindset across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own each customer's off-page strategy: link building, Digital PR, and brand authority.
• Plan and run Digital PR campaigns with data-led stories, expert commentary, and assets journalists want.
• Build high-quality, relevant links through earned media, outreach, and partnerships.
• Pitch journalists and publications, manage outreach, and land coverage in the places that matter for each client.
• Strengthen each brand as a recognised entity across the web so it earns trust in both search and AI.
