Responsibilities

• Edit promotional videos and create engaging social media content.
• Manage customer interactions and campaigns using Zoho CRM.
• Implement SEO best practices and analyze performance metrics.
• Develop and lead marketing strategies based on business understanding.

Job description

Education: Bachelor's (Required)

Experience Required: 5+ years

Preference: Candidates with US experience

Website Development & Maintenance

• Create a new company website from scratch
• Maintain and regularly update existing websites
• Ensure websites are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO-optimized
• Design custom social media posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
• Handle content scheduling, audience engagement, and follower growth
• Build a consistent online presence across platforms

Content Creation & Design

• Edit videos using CapCut or equivalent tools for promotions and reels
• Strong writing and editing skills for captions, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns

CRM & Campaigns

• Use Zoho CRM to manage customer interactions, email campaigns, and lead workflows
• Maintain accurate campaign reports and data logs
• SEO & Analytics
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices
• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools for traffic and performance reporting
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and the management team
• Develop a deep understanding of the business to create relevant and impactful marketing campaigns
• Create and manage company and client project portfolios (PDF & web versions)
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written communication
• Build and lead comprehensive business marketing strategies
• Manage digital marketing independently, from idea to execution
