Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in Banashankari, Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is well-versed in Email Marketing (Mailchimp), WordPress, SEO, SEM, SMM, Lead Generation, Content Writing, Website Maintenance, and Creative Designing. You’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, managing digital assets, and enhancing brand visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on expertise in tools like Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and major social media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical), and lead generation.
• Experience in email marketing, campaign strategy, marketing automation, and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in content tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, or other AI platforms for content creation.
• Skills in graphic and video design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of website maintenance, content updates, and CMS handling (especially WordPress).
• Excellent communication, creativity, organizational, and analytical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Marketing (Mailchimp): Develop and execute email campaigns, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• WordPress & Website Maintenance: Manage, update, and maintain website content, optimize for SEO and UX, troubleshoot basic issues.
• Lead Generation: Use organic and paid strategies to drive qualified leads to the business.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Perform keyword research, technical audits, on-page and off-page SEO, and backlink building.
• Social Media Marketing (SMM): Plan and publish engaging content, run paid promotions, grow audience, and analyze performance across platforms.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign dashboards.
• Content Writing & Strategy: Create engaging blogs, website content, email copy, and ad creatives using tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, or other AI-powered platforms.
• Designing & Creative Tools: Design visual content and creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Premiere Pro for videos.
