Responsibilities

• Build and run the SEO roadmap: site audits, keyword mapping, on-page fixes and quality link earning.
• Launch and manage Google Ads search and display campaigns, controlling bids, budgets and conversion tracking.
• Plan paid and organic campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and test creatives every week.
• Brief writers and designers for blogs, landing pages and email newsletters that generate enquiries.
• Read GA4 and Search Console data, prepare a monthly performance report and act on the findings.
• Benchmark competitors and adjust channel spend to improve cost per lead and return on ad spend.
