• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders globally.
• Proven ability to create publication-ready content and executive communications.
• Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders across EMEA, North America, and APAC.
• Capable of translating complex commercial concepts into compelling and persuasive business content.
• 12-15 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, growth marketing, or related B2B marketing functions.
• Experience within international and high-growth organizations.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable pipeline generation and revenue impact from marketing activities.
• Experience working within one or more of the following sectors: B2B Technology, SaaS, HR Technology, Staffing and Workforce Solutions, Professional Services, FinTech, Business Services
• Strong commercial understanding of marketing-to-sales conversion processes.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce, or related discipline.
