Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our India team in Chennai on a full-time basis. You will own the company’s digital presence with a focus on driving qualified web leads and revenue through SEO, CMS optimization, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.

You will manage WordPress or similar CMS, GA4, GSC, GTM, Looker Studio, and content syndication, while partnering with content, campaign, design and development teams to improve Core Web Vitals and keyword rankings.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B technology/SaaS preferred.
• Hands-on expertise with WordPress or similar CMS, GA4, GSC, GTM, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Screaming Frog.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own qualified web lead generation as the primary KPI.
• Drive SEO (technical, on-page, off-page) and AEO strategies.
• Manage CMS, website UX, landing pages and CRO.
• Own GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio reporting.
• Manage content publishing and content syndication.
• Improve keyword rankings, AI search visibility and Core Web Vitals.
• Partner with content, campaign, design and development teams.
• Run A/B tests and optimize lead funnels.
• Monitor attribution, conversion rates and lead quality.
