Levi Communications in Virar, Maharashtra invites an experienced Digital Marketing professional to set up and lead a new Digital Marketing vertical. You will train the team and execute real client campaigns, building scalable processes.

You will handle paid ads, SEO, social media, lead generation, and reporting, with ownership of the department growth and profitability, in a full-time onboarding environment.

Competenze

• Proven hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of paid advertising, social media, SEO, and lead generation.
• Ability to train beginners and build a department; agency experience is a plus.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and structure our Digital Marketing department from the ground up.
• Conduct practical training/classes for our team in digital marketing.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven hands‑on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong practical knowledge of paid advertising, social media, SEO, and lead generation.
• Previous experience handling real client campaigns/projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to teach beginners in a simple, practical manner.
• Someone entrepreneurial who can build a department, not just perform assigned tasks.
• Experience in an agency environment is a strong advantage.

Important:

This is not purely a training position. The selected candidate will be expected to train the team as well as execute/oversee real client projects and help us build the Digital Marketing business.
