We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and highly organized Digital Marketing Fresher to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a unique, hybrid role combining digital marketing distribution with customer facing engagement groundwork. Key Responsibilities

• Dual Brand LinkedIn Strategy: Repurpose technical articles, industry updates, and case studies into engaging LinkedIn updates and visual carousels (using Canva/AI) for both SMYL (IT Services) and OGRE (Fleet Management SaaS).
• B2B Social Listening & Networking: Actively monitor target profiles on LinkedIn (e.g., CIOs, Fleet Managers, Logistics Heads, and Sales VPs) and leave smart, professional comments to spark brand engagement.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Track user queries, common configuration issues, and fleet management pain points to help optimize our service and landing pages for higher Google Search rankings.
• Customer Facing Groundwork: Participate in client discovery briefs, manage initial lead queries, research prospective B2B client databases, and help structure clean outbound email outreach campaigns.
• Analytics & Dashboard Upkeep: Pull weekly performance metrics from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and LinkedIn backend analytics to measure traffic and engagement growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Must possess 1 year of experience handling corporate social channels, content writing, and SEO optimization dashboards.
• Education Background: Graduate in BBA (Marketing), B.Com, BA (Mass Communication/English), or B.Tech. (with a passion for tech/SaaS marketing).
• Communication: Flawless written and spoken English. You must be comfortable with professional written communication since you will be engaging publicly on behalf of the company and occasionally interacting directly with prospects.
• Analytical Mind: Comfortable tracking links, managing databases in Excel, and interpreting performance charts.
• Creativity: Ability to take complex technology features (like fleet automation or custom Power Apps workflows) and simplify them into clean, engaging visual summaries or social captions.
• Location: Ideally based in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon office) and working in Hybrid mode. Open to Work From Home (WFH) for exceptional outstation candidates with a proven, self-driven work ethic and a high-speed Internet setup.
