Job summary

JobItUs in India is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Executive to promote our ice cream machine products across digital platforms. You will manage daily social media activities, content creation, lead generation, online advertising, and brand promotion.

The role requires travel to our factory, customer sites, exhibitions, and other locations across India to create product content and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, active, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and promote our Ice Cream Machine products through digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for daily social media activities, content creation, lead generation, online advertising, and promoting the company's products and brand. The candidate should be willing to travel to our factory, customer sites, exhibitions, and other locations across India whenever needed to create product-related content and support marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily upload/post photos, videos, reels, and product updates on:

3. Facebook
4. WhatsApp / WhatsApp Status
5. LinkedIn
6. YouTube, when required
7. Maintain a regular and attractive social media posting schedule.
8. Create content related to ice cream machines, machine installations, production processes, customer visits, exhibitions, new products, and company activities.
9. Take photos and videos of machines, factory activities, installations, demonstrations, and customer locations.
10. Create engaging reels and short videos for social media.
11. Respond to social media inquiries and forward genuine leads to the sales team.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the company's ice cream machines
• Generate B2B leads through online marketing.
• Manage leads received through social media, website, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms & Conduct basic SEO, keyword research, and website content optimization.

Travel & Field Marketing

• Travel across India whenever required for company marketing activities.
• Visit the company's factory, customer locations, dealer locations, exhibitions, trade fairs, and machine installation sites.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of machines and their working process.
• Create content from factory visits, machine demonstrations, installations, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams during customer visits and exhibitions.
• Travel may involve short-term and outstation visits across different states in India.

Content Creation

• Create product posts, promotional creatives, reels, videos, and stories.
• Highlight machine features, specifications, applications, benefits, and customer use cases.
• Prepare content for new machine launches, offers, exhibitions, and company announcements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Good photography and video-shooting skills using a mobile phone/camera.
• Basic video editing and reel-making skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand technical machinery and explain products in simple language.
• Willingness to travel across India as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily social media activities.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in B2B digital marketing, machinery, manufacturing, food equipment, or industrial products will be preferred.
• Candidates who are comfortable with regular photography, videography, social media posting, and travelling will be preferred.
