Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a skilled IBM Sterling specialist for a Digital role focused on Sterling Commerce OMS E2. The candidate should have 7–12 years of experience with IBM Sterling Filegateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, and related components, plus installation, upgrades, and configurations.

Strong scripting in Python/PowerShell is a plus. Proficiency in Linux/Windows commands and the ability to troubleshoot system and network connectivity is required.

Qualifications

• Experience 7–12 years in IBM Sterling suite and related components.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of IBM Sterling and network connectivity.
• Open to 24/7 support and on‑call duties.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows commands and scripting.

Education

15 years of full-time education

50%+ in 10th/12th/UG/PG

Must Have:

Core Skills

• Strong experience in IBM sterling Filegateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, Control centre
• Strong experience in IBM sterling Installation, upgrade, configuration activities.
• Experience on Fortra Global Scape and Go anywhere.
• Knowledge on Linux, Windows commands
• Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling and its components, system and network connectivity.
• Open for 24/7 support and on-call

Good to Have:

• Strong interpersonal skills; role will require engagement with a varied and global internal customer bas
• Documentation skills and python, PowerShell scripting knowledge is required.
• Manage File transfers in technologies like File gateway, global mailbox.
• Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling and its components, system and network connectivity.
• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
