Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS).
• Configure and customize Sterling OMS workflows, services, agents, and transaction rules.
• Develop custom APIs, user exits, and extensions using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Integrate Sterling OMS with upstream and downstream systems such as ERP, WMS, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and third-party applications.
• Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
• Optimize OMS performance and ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS.
• Strong programming experience in Java/J2EE.
