Job summary

BSR & Co in Bangalore seeks an Accountant / Management Accountant with strong Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience. You will lead D365 configuration, drive process improvements, and work closely with clients on finance transformation initiatives.

You will manage a team of D365 specialists, design workflows, and ensure robust testing, security models, and successful delivery across engagements. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience and CMA preference.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: B.Tech/MBA from a recognized institute.
• Professional Certifications Preferred: CPA / CA / ICWA / CMA / CIMA / ACCA or similar.
• Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations experience preferred.
• Total 3+ years of work experience in client-facing roles with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O configuration.
• Experience in finance transformation projects using D365 F&O from Big 4 or consulting firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dynamic configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications, with a focus on continually aligning them with evolving business needs.
• Implement and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems, using advanced tools like Logic Apps and Web Services to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Proactively utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS) to streamline environment setup, monitor system performance, and facilitate rapid deployment of solutions across business units.

Functional

• Lead a team of D365 specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentoring.
• Innovate and develop complex workflows, business rules, and security models that enhance operational processes and drive user engagement within the platform.
• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including automated testing and user acceptance testing, ensuring system robustness and high-quality deliverables.

Manage the integration of D365 with other enterprise

Strategic

• Lead the identification and integration of new Dynamics 365 features and releases into existing systems, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in client operations.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to leverage Dynamics 365 for finance transformation, optimizing processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Partner with clients to design scalable solutions that align with their business goals, industry trends, and regulatory requirements using Dynamics 365.

Client Interactions

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, guiding them through the Dynamics 365 implementation journey and helping them achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions with global finance teams to gather requirements, demonstrate Dynamics 365 solutions, and drive user adoption.
