Job summary

Biotastic Health Systems (Ice Code Recovery) in Chennai is seeking a hands-on creator to produce and edit engaging video content for our premium recovery technology brand. You will shoot, edit, and publish reels, BTS, and founder-led content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, ensuring on-brand visuals and compelling hooks.

This internship offers a monthly stipend, provided kit, and a pathway to full-time employment based on performance, with an on-site role in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Experience with creating publishable video content.

THE OPPORTUNITY

If you can shoot it, cut it and make people stop scrolling — and you want that work seen by India’s most premium audience — this is your shot.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ideate and script Reels, BTS and founder-led content, and keep a bank of hooks so the pipeline never runs dry
• Set up the camera, lighting and backdrop for every shoot, and keep the kit and studio maintained and shoot-ready
• Shoot product, installation on site and in studio
• Edit your own footage end to end: cut, colour, sound and subtitles
• Upload and publish on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in the right format for each, captions included
• Turn trends into unmistakably Biotastic videos
• Track what performed and bring one change to every weekly review

YOU’RE A FIT IF

• You already make content — real published work, not just course projects
• You shoot and edit yourself, end to end, and can show us both
• You have an instinct for hooks and what makes people stop scrolling
• You are comfortable both in front of the camera and behind it
• You move fast, bring ideas, and own your output end-to-end
• You are based in Chennai or can commit to on-site work

BONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE)

Any of these will make you stand out:

• AI tools for content creation and ideation
• photography
• colour grading or motion graphics
• on-camera presenting or anchoring experience

WHAT YOU GET

• Stipend. ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month to start,based on portfolio depth, plus performance incentives. The more your content ships and performs, the more you earn.
