• Liaise across departments to prepare and organise digital and communications assets for efficient workflows.
• Label, catalogue, and maintain media archives and libraries.
• Action feedback quickly and accurately, meeting tight deadlines.

Role overview

This role is ideal for a dynamic, energetic college student or recent graduate who wants hands‑on experience in arts communications. You’ll work closely with the Digital & Communications team to support daily operations, publish content, and keep our digital assets organised. Applicants must be excellent writers, extremely organised and detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Knowledge of WordPress, social media management, phone photography and videography is essential; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma is a plus.

Terms
