Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Mumbai, India, seeks an experienced IT professional to monitor and manage Azure Stack Hub, App Services, and related hybrid cloud workloads. You will work with hardware vendors, plan updates, and ensure high availability.

The role requires 12–14 years of IT experience, strong PowerShell and ARM templates expertise, and the ability to handle weekend/out-of-hours activities. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 12 to 14 years of IT experience with strong focus on Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Azure Stack Hub, App Services, PowerShell, ARM templates, monitoring, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor server and switch hardware using vendor tools (HPE OneView, Dell Open Manage, etc.).
• Open and manage support cases with hardware vendors, including hardware replacement when required.
• Plan and install OEM release updates for servers and switches in line with VWFS processes.
• Apply and report monthly security updates for AppService worker nodes via WSUS (outside working hours).
• Maintain performance and availability workbooks for Azure Stack Hub.
• Deploy and maintain customer resources (VMs, KeyVaults, Log Analytics, Load Balancers, Scale Sets, etc.).
• Manage annual certificate exchanges for platform and AppService providers.

Must-Have:-

• 12 to 14 years of IT experience, with strong focus on Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Azure Stack Hub, App Services, PowerShell, ARM templates, monitoring, and automation
• Experience working with hardware vendors (HPE, Dell) and managing hardware lifecycle. Strong understanding of L22, and high availability setups.
• Ability to work flexibly, including some planned weekend and out-of-hours activities
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.

Good-to-Have :-

• Microsoft Azure certification
• German knowledge or prior experience working with German customers is a plus
