Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Digital Activation Specialist to drive integrated digital marketing campaigns—from email and paid media to webinars, landing pages and beyond. You’ll ensure campaigns are launched on time, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards, working closely with the Marketing organization.

You will configure campaigns in enterprise marketing platforms, ensure QA, track performance, and collaborate with Analytics and Marketing Operations to optimize outcomes for sustained business

Qualifications

• Deep platform expertise in Marketo, ON24, Storyblok (or similar CMS), Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to QA and compliance across digital activations.
• Data literacy with ability to validate tracking and interpret campaign performance data.
• Problem-solving orientation to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, websites, landing pages, and digital experiences, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability across channels.
• Configure and manage campaigns within enterprise marketing platforms, overseeing scheduling, asset trafficking, audience targeting, and launch readiness.
• Perform QA testing across digital channels prior to launch and monitor performance to troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Validate campaign tracking and digital measurement with Analytics and Marketing Operations for reporting and improvements.
• Document execution processes and identify efficiency improvements using reusable templates and campaigns workflows.
• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Activation Specialist on optimization initiatives and SOPs.

You'll work collaboratively across the Marketing organization, ensuring campaigns are launched on time, built to scale, and aligned with enterprise standards. Your Role Responsibilities? Here´s What You'll Do.

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, websites, landing pages, and digital experiences, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability across all channels.
• Configure and manage campaigns within enterprise marketing platforms, overseeing campaign scheduling, asset trafficking, audience targeting, and launch readiness.
• Perform quality assurance testing across all digital channels prior to launch and monitor campaign performance to proactively troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Validate campaign tracking and digital measurement while partnering with Analytics and Marketing Operations to support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document execution processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency by leveraging reusable templates, landing page components, and campaign workflows.
• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Activation Specialist on optimization initiatives and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices documentation.

• Data literacy with the ability to validate tracking, interpret campaign performance data, and collaborate effectively with analytics teams
• Problem-solving orientation with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify process improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively across the Marketing organization

• Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts within marketing technology ecosystems
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Background in collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams to translate strategy into executable activation plans
